SUMMARY OF JOB CONTENT
The SAP System Analyst for Human Resources will work in close cooperation with applicable Business functions gathering requirements, handling issues, conducting gap analyses in key business processes, identify effective solutions, and prioritize business requirements; assist in the creation of sustainable solutions that fulfill the requirements. Leverage industry best-practices and prior project/program management skills, this analyst will also be involved in a variety of internal projects or on internal teams. Special emphasis will be placed on optimizing business processes, integration, implementation and reporting.
Primary responsibility is production support of HR module of SAP, payroll and benefits integration with 3rd party providers, and SGL Portal for current system and configuration for additional roll-outs and system enhancements
Analyze business processes, propose changes and configure system to effectively support needs of the business
Work closely with end user community to incorporate their system change/enhancement requests and enhance SAP functionality.
Participate in strategic customer meetings to review, propose and/or evaluate new business opportunities that are designed to improve customer relationships, operating efficiencies and/or add business benefits.
Assist with identification of global roles, responsibilities and organization structures
Lead requirements definition, analysis and design of system solutions.
Assume primary responsibility for the successful support of HR solutions and products.
Carry out unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
Develop end user documentation and conduct training of key users.
Work closely with global support team to solve system issues, plan and execute global solutions
Prepare and organize technical documentation for new and existing applications.
Ability to be a team member and team player.
Provide functional and configuration knowledge in designing SAP solutions in the HR module of SAP, payroll/benefits integration, and SAP portal to meet business requirements.
Gather user requirements, document and communicate designs, conduct GAP Analysis, and resolve GAPS through configuration
Provide alternative solutions based on best practices and SAP functionality.
Create functional specification documents for programmers, review the technical design documents, create unit and integration test plans, and execute testing. Leads work efforts through development life cycle using Corporate structured methods.

Content Creation (iViews, Pages, Worksets, Roles), Permissions (Roles, KM), Subscriptions Rating, Feedback and Comments, Accessing and Exchanging Content, Multilingualism
System Administration and Configuration
Repository Manager Configuration
XML Forms Builder
Layout (Masthead, Display-Rules)
Search Administration and Configuration
Develop and support
Provide technical leadership as described above in the full integration of payroll and benefit processes
Facilitate technical discussions and problem resolution with 3rd parties and functional business units
Managing GoLive Checks SAP
Room Administration, Templates, Extensions, Parts, Relations
Support and resolve production issues
Identify improvements for the homepage
Technical advices for Internet/Intranet-Delegates
Coordination Internet/intranet-Delegates (Meetings etc)
10 years of applicable experience in HR/SAP/HRIS Systems implementation and management
Bachelors Degree in related field
